EPA Required to Reduce Cellulosic Biofuel Requirements, Sensenbrenner Says

WASHINGTON, D.C.-The Environmental Protection Agency is required to reduce requirements for petroleum refiners and importers to blend cellulosic biofuels into gasoline if the fuel is not available, Rep. F. James Sensenbrenner (R-Wis.) said in a July 19 letter to the agency.
