WASHINGTON, D.C.-A lawsuit by environmental groups challenging an Environmental Protection Agency decision to defer until 2014 greenhouse gas permitting for sources that burn biomass as a fuel is premature, industry groups said in a court filing (Center for Biological Diversity v. EPA, D.C. Cir., No. 11-1101, brief filed 6/21/12).
